Introduction
Welcome to Monkey Escape (the “App”), published by GG KEY STUDIOS PTE. LTD. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting any personal data you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Information We Collect
When you sign in via Google Sign-In, we collect:
- Google Name (your display name from Google)
- Google ID (unique identifier assigned by Google)
- Google Email (your email address registered with Google)
We also capture your time zone based on your IP address at registration. We do not store your raw IP address.
Third-Party Tools & SDKs
We integrate the following SDKs, which may collect certain device or usage data directly:
- devbydev Analytics SDK: Automatically collects analytics data (events, crashes, device ID, etc.) to help us improve gameplay.
- Google Auth SDK: Manages Google Sign-In authentication flow. We do not send additional data from our servers to Google beyond what’s needed for authentication.
We do not share your data from our servers with any other third party. The SDKs listed above collect and process data on their own servers according to their own policies.
How We Use Your Information
We use collected data for:
- Account Support: Identifying and managing your in-game account.
- Analytics: Understanding gameplay patterns to improve game balance and stability.
- Email Newsletters: Sending you updates, announcements, and promotional offers (you may unsubscribe at any time).
Data Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We only share data with third parties in the following way:
- devbydev Analytics SDK: Collects usage and crash data directly from the App. We do not push any extra data to them.
- Google Auth SDK: Facilitates Google Sign-In. Google may process authentication data under their own policy.
If required by law (e.g., a valid subpoena), we may disclose your data to comply with legal obligations.
Data Retention & Deletion
We retain your data for as long as our game servers are active. Once servers are shut down, your data will be permanently deleted. If you wish to delete your data before then, send a request to:

Children’s Privacy
Our App is not intended for users under the age of 13. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a child under age 13, we will delete it immediately.
Cookies & Similar Technologies
We do not use cookies or similar tracking technologies in the App.
International Users & Compliance
If you are accessing the App from outside Singapore, please note that this Privacy Policy is governed by Singapore law. We currently do not have specific provisions for GDPR or CCPA compliance. We recommend reviewing this Policy and contacting us if you need additional assurances.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this policy from time to time (e.g., when we add new features, SDKs, or change data practices). When we do, we will notify you by displaying a notice in-app upon login. The “Effective date” at the top will also be revised.
